George T. "Todd" Underhill III, treasurer of Underhill Associates, received his B.A. in Accounting from Miami University of Ohio in 1977 and a J.D. from the University of Louisville in 1980. He maintains a license for the practice of real estate and has maintained both public accounting and law licenses in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. His expertise is in financing and development.
     Prior to his involvement with Underhill, Todd worked with the accounting firm Grant Thornton International and the law firm of Triplet, Underhill, Jennings & Ackerson.
     Todd has served as director of ThermoView since October, 2000, and is currently Chairman of the THV Audit Committee and a member of the King Southern Bank Board. He also maintains director positions with numerous charitable and civic organizations within the Louisville area.
