Jeff Underhill began working with Underhill Associates in 1982. In 1992, he became a co-owner and managing partner of the company. He has overseen a number of the company’s most successful projects and takes pride in the recognitions received with numerous historic preservation and development awards, including a lifetime achievement award for the company. Jeff oversees development work and staff management, is largely involved with the due diligence for new projects, and helped found JTC Communications and Palladium Communications.
Jeff is active in many community and civic organizations. Past and present involvement includes the Rotary Club, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, the Landmark's Review Committee, the Peterson-Dumesnil Historic Home Board, the Preservation Alliance, the Cherokee Triangle Renovation Board, the Salvation Army, Commissioner of Mens’ Interclub Tennis, and Phi Gamma Delta.
